What's the New Year's Plan for Your House?

Hello there 2023. Nice to meet you. You are a blank slate. Ready or not we closed '22 and welcomed you. Goals, resolutions, and new life experiences lie ahead for all of us. Oh, and house projects. They lie ahead too. So what's the 2023 plan for your home?


Its sounds a little funny to make a New Years plan for your house. But our homes do take effort and energy to continue to serve us well every day. We might as well have a plan for them to operate smoothly and beautifully.


  • Exterior paint: 
    Is it needed this year? Line up an estimate now for the spring.
  • Clean up:
    Did that fall yard work ever happen? There is someone out there that can still help with that or maybe you can plan to work out there yourself next Saturday.
  • Game plan for major repairs or renovations: 
    Is there one call to a contractor that can move that house project idea forward?
  • New countertops for the kitchen or a powder room refresh? 
    Sometimes a little change can have a big impact on the space we live in every day.


I'd encourage you to take a minute to make a 2023 plan for your home as we head into the new year.
